Meet Meral, our owner
Hasel Cafe opened in August 2024, founded by Meral, who built it to share the flavors of home. As an immigrant and a woman entrepreneur, she poured her recipes, her hospitality, and her heart into every corner of this space. We're proud to be a woman-owned, immigrant-owned business, and grateful to every guest who becomes part of the Hasel family.

Hasel Cafe was born from a simple dream: give Renton a place where great coffee slows your morning down and the space itself makes you want to stay.
